Lifetime Guarantee of Excellence
All Pelican cases carry Pelicans legendary Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee of Excellence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of any Pelican product, We will gladly replace the product or refund your money (at your option) within thirty days after purchase through the original Dealer/Retailer. Pelican Products will continue to guarantee the product, directly, against breakage or defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee is void only if the Pelican product has been abused beyond normal and common wear and tear or the case has been modified in any way.
The above guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack, or children under 5!
Guarantee: Pelican warrants its rotationally molded containers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Such warranty does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, retractable handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Pelican warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from shipment.
Custom Cases are non returnable or refundable. Custom cases are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year. Due to the intended use of these products we cannot guarantee case(s) will not be damaged during transit.

Medium Duty Plastic cases
Product warranty covers construction and materials of any Plasticase product to the original purchaser, providing the case has been used under normal circumstances. Any abnormal wear, or abuse of any kind, will void the warranty.
SKB Hard Case Products are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, SKB will repair or replace it at no cost to you for as long as you own the case. Most locks, handles and wheels have been made field replaceable and will be supplied to you at no charge. To request parts or a return authorization for damaged Music Cases, please contact our customer service department at (800) 410-2024. SKB Hard Cases are warranted for life to the original owner. Cases for rental purposes, modified or re-sold cases are not covered by this warranty.

Proper paperwork stating reason for return must accompany shipments (i.e. customs documentation).
Customer is responsible for any shipping, duty or brokerage fees that occurred during the initial sale and return.
